Your Spark Notes Are Noteworthy

You know how you have those good days, moments that you seem to be in flow? Or, you have an aha moment or moment of clarity when life clicks?  It is in these moments that we catch a glimpse of something bigger, something greater operating in our life.

As amazing as these moments are, they are more.  They are like breadcrumbs to follow to lead us to our optimum design or blueprint.

It’s like we have glimpses of the potential of our life.

Notice when and where your spark moments occur.  What are you doing? Who are you with? These are all clues to you. To begin your awareness process, give attention to these events.  Jot them down in your journal.  What we give attention to grows!

If you are aware of these spark moments, you can begin to practice with what you are uncovering and learning.  Spend time with the people who spark you, in the environments that spark you doing the things that spark you.  Practice brings clarity.

If you are in the mastery process of spark moments and are intentionally crafting spark moments, building spark communities and advancing the purpose or spark movement, remember mastery takes 10,000 hours of intentional practice. We’ve got lots to learn and take in and explore! Enjoy!

Spark Note: Enjoy Your Journey

Introducing Spark Notes to spark conversation within ourselves and with others.

I remember my wise Grandmother would often say, “slow down, Rome wasn’t built in a day.” Now imagine an entrepreneur hearing that! That advice applies to everyone but the entrepreneur, or so I thought.

If you rush through your journey, you may miss some of your keys to success.

Even in the multi-task duality that fuels our creative flow, we can still set an intention to take up mindfulness to enjoy the journey.  One of my mentors, Jack Canfield, recommends a reflection at the end of the day to keeps us present to what all this activity is really about.

Remembering our whys is a way to maintain the drive while still staying in flow.  You know, that acrobatic act that we try to figure out as our life and impact expands.  Ways reveal themselves and respond to our sincere asks and intention.

Set an intention to be present to your beautiful journey.  You’ll still get where you’re destined to go while taking in some new views.  Sometimes, taking in those views are when the real magic and transformation happens. Often we learn in the whispers of life that require presence to hear and recognize.
