One of my favorite quotes and one of my favorite scripture, my go to when I need a reset reframe begin with Be.

Being with knowledge that comes into our awareness leads to the type of action or doing we will take based on our personal experience with being.  

We all have our unique filters that in purest form are based on our unique purpose and core values.  When we take in new insight and understanding, it hits our filters, our frame of reference or how we extract meaning based on what we currently know and how we extract meaning based on who we are. The latter, how we extract meaning based on who we are is our purpose filter.  This filter is cultivated over time as a part of our natural evolution and also more intentional when we engage in practice with our core question, “why am I here.”

My practice is to commit to uncovering the keys to my success, or the keys to me.  It is what I offer in my  books and consulting model. Why? Because when you have a personal experience with unlocking a key to your life, it builds the foundation for being with this new insight and knowledge that leads to inspired action, a purposeful type of doing.

Once you extract the keys to YOUR success, you experience being with them in an intentional way.  There is power in being.  When you take the step of being, letting new insight integrate with your life and being intentional about having more practice and experience with new insight, you leverage it into doing.  This experience builds a strong foundation for your life and results beyond what you could imagine.
